Delivery charges
Pallet delivery depends on the distance and the number of pallets, so we quote it for your address before you pay. If the cost doesn’t suit you, you cancel at no charge.
How pallets are delivered: by truck, to a firm, level spot the truck can reach. Steep, icy or soft driveways may mean a drop at the roadside; tell us when you order. We confirm the delivery date with you. Full details on our delivery page.
Before you order a pallet

- How many? Work out your winter needs with our bags-per-winter guide or the pellet calculator.
- Which pellet? Try a few bags of two products first, then commit: how to judge a pellet.
