Pellets Canada is responsible for your personal information. For any question or request about it, contact our Privacy Officer at support@pelletscanada.ca.
What we collect and why

We do not offer customer accounts and we don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The site sets only the cookies it needs to work: your cart, your checkout session and your language choice.
Who we share it with
Only what each service needs to do its job:
- Hostinger hosts our website and our email. The website server is in the United States, so your order details are stored there.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you send us; its own privacy policy applies to that app.
- Delivery carriers receive your name, delivery address and phone to deliver your order.
We do not sell personal information, and we don’t share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct your personal information, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it where the law allows, by writing to support@pelletscanada.ca. We reply within 30 days.
Security
The whole site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to orders is limited to the people who handle them, with individual logins. We will never ask you for a password, card number or banking login.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy here with a new date.
