Orders
- Placing an order on the site is a request, not a payment. Nothing is charged at checkout.
- After you order, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We confirm availability, the delivery cost and the delivery date for your address.
- The sale is confirmed when you accept that total and we receive your payment.
We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we can’t deliver to your address, or if a price was displayed in error. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
Prices and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Delivery is not included in the product price: we confirm the delivery cost on WhatsApp before you pay, and you can cancel at no cost if it doesn’t suit you. No sales tax is added at checkout at this time; if that changes, taxes will be shown before you pay.
Payment
We accept Interac e-Transfer only. We send you the e-Transfer details for your order on WhatsApp after we have confirmed it; please don’t send any payment before that. If we don’t receive payment within 3 days of sending the details, we may cancel the order. We never ask for card numbers, banking passwords or payment through any other channel.
Delivery
See our shipping policy and delivery page. Your order is delivered by the date we confirm with you. If it is late, you can cancel it and get a full refund, in addition to any other right your province’s consumer protection law gives you.
Product information
We take specifications from manufacturers’ documentation and update them when makers change them. Where a product has no photo yet, the page says so. Use fuels only in appliances designed for them and follow the appliance maker’s instructions. Heating pellets are not for cooking, and BBQ pellets are not for heating appliances unless their maker says so.

Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province or territory where you live and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in these terms limits a right that consumer protection law gives you, including Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act for Quebec residents.
