Pellets Canada is an online store for wood pellets and the fuels and supplies that go with them: heating pellets by the bag or the pallet, BBQ and smoker pellets, charcoal, cat litter and horse bedding pellets, eco logs, fire starters and stove accessories. We serve customers across Canada.
How ordering works
- You place your order on the site. Nothing is charged.
- You message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We confirm that we can deliver to your address, the delivery cost and the delivery date.
- Once you agree, we send you the Interac e-Transfer details for your order. We prepare it once the payment is received.
You never pay for something we haven’t confirmed we can deliver.
How we choose and describe products
- Specs from the maker, not marketing. When we list species, bag weight, ash, moisture or heat value, it comes from the manufacturer’s documentation. If we don’t have a number, we leave it out rather than make one up.
- Certifications with numbers. We only show a certification (CANplus, ENplus, PFI) when the product holds it.
- Prices you can see. Every product shows its price per bag or per unit. Pallet and bulk prices are confirmed on request.
- Photos. Where we don’t yet have a photo of the product, we say so instead of showing a stock image of something else.

The whole store is available in English and in French, written for Canadians and Quebecers rather than machine-translated.
