Before you write
- Delivery to your area? Include your postal code; see delivery.
- Pallet or farm order? Tell us the product and quantity; see bulk pellets.
- About an order? Include your order number.
- Paying for an order? We send the Interac e-Transfer details on WhatsApp once we’ve confirmed your order. We never ask for card numbers or banking passwords.
