Wood Pellet Delivery

We take wood pellet delivery orders from across Canada. Pallets of heating pellets go by truck; smaller items such as BBQ pellets, fire starters and accessories ship by parcel. Because the cost depends on your address and the weight, we confirm delivery, the fee and the date for each order on WhatsApp before you pay anything.

How delivery is confirmed

1. Add the products to your cart and place your order. Parcel items show a delivery price at checkout; pallet items show delivery as “quoted on WhatsApp”. Nothing is charged at checkout either way.
2. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number (the button appears right after you order).
3. We confirm whether we can deliver to your address, the delivery fee and the delivery date.
4. If you agree, we send you the Interac e-Transfer details. If you don’t, you cancel at no cost.

Fees and minimums

• Minimum order: $350.
• Parcels (BBQ and smoker pellets, charcoal, wood chips, fire starters, accessories): flat $79 anywhere in Canada, free on orders of $650 or more. Shown at checkout.
• Pallets (heating, hardwood, softwood and bedding pellets, eco logs, cat litter): quoted, because the fee depends on the distance and the number of pallets. A one-ton pallet is 50 bags of 40 lb.
• An order with both kinds is quoted as a whole, since the pallet sets the cost.

How pallet delivery works

1. We confirm the delivery date with you on WhatsApp.
2. On the day, the driver leaves the pallet at a firm, level spot the truck can reach.
3. Steep, icy or soft driveways may mean a drop at the roadside; tell us when you order.
4. You don’t need to be home if the spot is clear and agreed in advance.
5. We don’t charge a pallet deposit; the pallet is yours to keep.

Damaged or wet bags

Check the pallet when it arrives. If bags are torn or wet, take photos and contact us within 48 hours; see our returns policy and shipping policy.
